LOL it's a funny concept, really. It'd be even funnier with Sirius there. I'm imagining a bit of a Spike/Angel conflict with that one, LOL... (Buffy stuff, don't mind me )

I was writing for a HP RPG though, and I was using Snape and Sirius as two of my characters, and some of the stuff they said to each other was great. I should track it down again

LOL ok, I found some stuff It also involves my intro'd character, Illyria, so yeah... That explains her, LOL! Oh and it's a HP/Sailor Moon crossover RPG so some Sailor Moon peeps will turn up from time to time (Usagi, aka Sailor Moon, for one)

Sirius smiled at her. "Hello," he said, then turned his attention to Snape. "Snivellus," he said with an evil grin.

Snape glared at him and remained silent. Sirius chuckled to himself, then looked at Illyria. "And who do we have here?" he asked, a strange expression on his face.

"Illyria," she replied simply.

Sirius smiled. "Interesting name,"

"Yeah..." Illyria said stiffly, feeling a little ill at ease.

"Shall we start this meeting then?" Snape said irritably, glancing at Sirius.

Snape rolled his eyes. "How about we just start with what's currently going on and move on from there?" he suggested.

"Sounds good, Snivellus," Sirius replied, almost inaudibly.

"What was that?!" Snape barked, glaring at the scruffy looking man.

Sirius just grinned in response.

Illyria arched her eyebrow and looked from Snape to Sirius. "You guys got some issues you want to sort out?" she murmured.

Sirius winked at her, then turned his attention back to Usagi. "Whenever you're ready,"

Snape folded his arms angrily and stared straight ahead, a thunderous expression on his face.

Illyria cast a glance at Sirius and looked back at Professor Tsukino. "Uh yeah... not too bad..."

Snape sighed again, looking up at the ceiling.

Sirius continued to stare at Illyria. Finally Illyria turned to look at him. "So... um... what's... the deal with... you...?" she asked nervously, not sure what to say.

Sirius grinned. "I was wrongfully accused," he said simply.

Snape snorted.

"Got a nasal problem there, Snivellus?" Sirius snapped, his grin fading abruptly.

Snape glared at the other man. "No. I have a canine problem," he shot back.

"Ha ha ha!" Sirius laughed loudly, rolling his eyes.

Illyria arched her eyebrow. "What the hell?"

Sirius was about to say something else to Snape but stopped himself at Illyria's comment, and looked at her, and the others who were all staring at him. "Uh... sorry..." he murmured, sitting down.

(Playing Monopoly )

"Sure I don't see why not, although we are gonna start running out of money," Illyria winked.

"Maybe we could pair up? Make up some teams? Have we got enough people?" Remus suggested, sitting down next to Illyria and Sirius.

"I get dibs on the smart one!" Sirius grinned, pointing at Illyria. "And she knows how to play as well," he added.

Illyria's eyes widened slightly. Remus smirked. "I know how to play too, perhaps we could team up, and Illyria and... Severus could team up, or something?"

"Or. Perhaps. Seeing as we have more people here now. We could actually start this meeting?" Snape said through clenched teeth.

"I think I might just sit this out," Snape retorted icily, and threw his token back into the box.

"Touchy, touchy," Sirius murmured, grinning at Remus, who just shook his head.

"Well that puts me down a team member, then," Illyria sighed. "Oh well. I never was much of a team player," she winked.

Illyria cast a glance at Snape, then looked back at Professor Tsukino. "Well... I know the others aren't here yet, but... Maybe we should just start the meeting anyway...?"

"Yes!" Snape exclaimed, and rolled his eyes, then looked intensely at the others. "I don't know if you all realise just how serious everything that's going on in the Wizarding World actually is... And here you are, wasting your time with this frivolous and pointless Muggle game-"

"It's not frivolous," Illyria interjected, keeping her cool. "But I do agree... perhaps... now is not the time...?"

Remus nodded slowly. "Yes... but... we are expecting more people..."

"Then we can tell them about the meeting later. It's not our fault they're not here," Snape said, an angry tone in his voice.

Sirius rolled his eyes. "You're so boring, Snivellus. Learn to live a little, jeez. There's nothing wrong with playing a game to kill time,"

Snape cast him a very icy stare. "I don't see how playing this... this game... is more important than discussing what we are going to do about Potter and the Dark Lord," he hissed.

Sirius glowered in response, and stood up, stalking over to Snape. "I'll tell you..." he started, but was stopped as Remus stood up in front of him, holding up his hand.

"Please, you two, this is not the time for such arguments," he said firmly.

"He's right, come on, calm down," Illyria said, shaking her head, and looked over at Professor Tsukino, Rei and Luna. "Jeez... these guys are seriously hot headed..."

Professor Tsukino came back inside sighing, "there doesn't seem to be any new arrivals. I'll talk to them after the meeting," she explained. "I guess I'll begin then shall I?" she asked glancing at everyone.

"Whenever you're ready," Illyria said, winking.

"Sometime this century would be nice," Snape replied irritably.

"Severus..." Remus said warningly.

Sirius just smirked, waiting for Professor Tsukino to begin.

"So. Is this all we're going to discuss? We wasted all that time just for this?" Snape said abruptly, glaring at the others.

"Don't you have some... information... you should tell us?" Sirius said suspiciously, returning the glare.

Snape pursed his lips, then cast a strange glance at Illyria before looking back at Sirius and answering. "I will speak with Dumbledore later on," he replied stiffly, looking as though he was hiding something.

"Uh huh..." Sirius rolled his eyes.

"Uh..." Remus looked at them both apprehensively, then turned to look at Professor Tsukino. "Is there anything else on the agenda for today...?"

Snape turned to Professor Tsukino with an icy glare. "I never said I didn't want to help protect the students," he said coldly, seemingly trying to keep his anger under control. "But you mentioned this... Galaxia... so presumably everything should be peachy keen now," he said in a sarcastic tone.

"Severus... please... let's not get into another argument," Remus said imploringly.

"I don't need you telling me what to do!" the Potions master snapped angrily, casting his glare at Remus instead.

"For crying out loud," Illyria said, rolling her eyes. "Immaturity must be part of the prerequisites to get into Slytherin or something,"

Snape stared at her, but his expression softened, and for a split second, he looked ashamed. "Let's continue this meeting," he said quietly, avoiding everyone else's eyes.

Sirius smirked slightly, and winked at Illyria. "I think Snivellus has met his match," he whispered to her.

Illyria just shrugged.

"I think security is the most important thing," Remus replied, then cast a slightly anxious glance at Snape. "Which is why Sirius and I will be going back to Hogwarts in order to keep an eye on things... Um... Professor Tsukino has offered me the role of... helping with Defence Against The Dark Arts ..."

Snape's eyes widened and he stared at him. Before he opened his mouth to protest, Remus got in first. "I know, Severus, but... perhaps we can work together...? With the knowledge we both have... well... I'm pretty sure we could guide the students ..."

Snape narrowed his eyes and folded his arms. "Fine......"

I feel sorry for Severus... It's so MEAN of Sirius to call him Snivellus all the time. I still hate the name Snivellus...

LOL I know... but that's Sirius for ya. I wanted to keep him in character as much as possible. But I love the conflict there, in what I wrote. It's so much like the way Angel and Spike "bounce" off each other in Series 5 of "Angel", it's great stuff, and funny as well... if you have a warped sense of humour like me
