I have just thought of this game! 
So I'm rather pleased with myself at the moment as such brainwaves are very rare.
Anyway, this is what we do. Someone thinks of a character from the books. Then everyone else asks questions and try to guess who the character is! The only thing is the questions must be yes or no questions, ie the questions must be answerable by either 'yes' or 'no'. So examples could be "is the person male?" "is s/he in Slytherin?" "does s/he work at the Ministry?" and so on. Whoever guesses right first gets to start the next game, thinking of a new character.
Am I making sense?
Well we'll give it a go anyway ;D I'll start! *has thought of someone* Now ask yes/no questions!
