If you watch Best Week Ever on Vh1 they have this thing in the show where they say whether something during the week was good (upgrade) or bad (downgrade). Because I'm bored out of my mind, I'm going to be like the commentators and do the same with the new actors in GoF. And these are my opinions so agrue as you must with me, it won't change my mind.

Katie Leung as Cho Chang
She's kind of what I thought Cho would look like. She's not OMGHOTTT!!! but she'll do. Besides, I don't like her that much anyway. (The little leaky faucet.)
Upgrade!
Clèmence Poèsy as Fleur Delacour
In this case, forget what I said about Cho. While she is fairly good-looking, she doesn't strike me as Fleur. So...
Downgrade! (Yes, hon, I know from your expression in that pic that you're shocked as well. It's not my fault they put you in that ugly uniform!)
Pedrag Bjelic as Karkaroff
OMG! Exactly how I imagined Karkaroff to look like! ;D At least the casting people got something right!
Upgrade!
Miranda Richardson as Rita Skeeter
Oooh I don't like the character, but she looks like she fits the part right.
